About me:

I've been drawing for most of my life! At 12, my folks enrolled me in the kids' classes at the Art Student's League, and, on & off, I've been there ever since (not the kids' classes, of course). I've also studied at a lot of other places, and experimented in a lot of different mediums and situations, and even taught drawing.

About 10 years ago, Some friends & I were in the sketch classes at the ASL. At that time the school had almost no classes in the summer, so we decided to run our own sketch group during the summer to keep us inspired. We had a great imte, and I've kept it going ever since! I currently run it at an East Village location on sundays in the summer. Check the Meetup.com link for schedule & particulars.
